Introduction
I grew up splitting my time between Knoxville, TN and Shreveport, LA. I went to high school at the Webb School of Knoxville and then college at Washington University in St. Louis. I want to teach high school math, preferably algebra. I want to teach because I thoroughly enjoy math and want others to at least not hate it so much. For fun, I like to read, garden, travel, and hang out with friends.

I wanted to be a high school math teacher, as well! That is, until I found out you had to major in math to do it :) Hopefully this class can give you some ideas to help engage the children in this subject, and hopefully get more kids to love math. High school is such a great age to teach, and I wish you the best!
